Abstract
A prototype Cross Flow Turbine with volume
flow rate (Q) = 0,35 m3/s,
head (H) = 45 m and runner diameter (D) =
0,30 m is design. Assumptions, which is
used in this design, is incompresible fluid,
Angle of Inlet Flow of the runner choosed (
) =16o
and turbine efficiency (
) = 0,76.
Main technical spesification of the prototype is head (H) = 2,5 m, Volume flow
rate (Q) = 0,02 m3/s and runner diameter (D) = 0,15 m.
