ABSTRAK
In industries, PID controller is one of the controllers are widely used. PID controllers are not only cheap and simple but also guaranteed accuracy even though there are some disadvantages. This research emphasise on how to modelling and control Pressure Process Rig Feedback 38-714 system, with the first orderapproximation using Method II: Process Reaction Curve. This system uses PID continuous and PID discrete controllers with Matlab Simulink. Parameter PID continuous for this system is P = 3.57, I = 72.85, D = 0.041 and PID discrete is P = 3.52, I = 0.2827, D = 0.093914.  With a little tunning of parameters PID discrete (P= 2.5, I = 0.265, D= 0.09), we get a better results. PID discrete has better results than PID continuous.
