ABSTRACT

V-Block and Clamp Set is a tool used to clamp the cylindrical workpiece. Generally V-Block has grooves with 90⁰ and it contains grooves and flatness as appropriate when paired on the counter Milling Machine. Clamp Set on V-Block consisted of Clamp and Bolt Fastener. Clamp on V-Block is to hold the load that is placed on the V-Block and fastened by the Bolt Fastener. V-Block is designed and created to supplement the Machinery equipment in the Workshop Palm Oil Plant PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Tandun. V-Block and Clamp material using Steel ST 37 with the tensile strength 37 kg/mm². While the material for the Bolt Fastener using Steel S35C with the tensile strength 52 kg/mm².
